Currently engaged in enhancing PETRONAS Lubricants International export sales channel, with a focus on business development and marketing across Europe and Central Asia. As Senior Manager, Export Europe, I have the privilege of leading a team of 14 resources that handle sales, marketing, business development and business intelligence, integrating competitive analysis and negotiation strategies to drive growth and strengthen distributor networks across diverse regions, including the UK, Nordics, Baltics, Central/Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Efforts are dedicated to positioning the company as a significant player in the European lubricants market. Previous roles at PETRONAS included enhancing distributor development processes across EMEA and stabilising operations in France and Benelux during market challenges, demonstrating adaptability and strategic foresight. A relevant experience with the Customer Service/Order-to-cash end-to-end process, including a centralisation exercise that also allowed me to complete my sales/BD profile with critical project management and corporate transformation skills. Across all current and past roles, I've striven to foster collaboration and aligning stakeholder priorities, contributions have consistently supported operational efficiency and sustained market presence.
