I received an Honours degree in BSc Applied Computing (Level 8) in Waterford Institute of Technology. I have studied a range of modules including Databases, Software Engineering, Programming, Security, Networking, Cryptography and AI. I have experienced many different programming languages including PHP, MySQL, Java, Python and Ruby. Many of my modules have been taught through Linux, giving me a good knowledge of the Linux command line and tools. I studied the Networking stream and from this I have explored many aspects of Networking, from basic switching and routing, to configuring Instances in AWS through Python and Software Defined Networking. For my free elective I chose to study iOS development and for my final year project, I designed and developed a content management system for a website.
