Job Profile • Collection of Fees / Maintaining Personal Account pertaining to the Students • Preparation of the Capital Budget / Operational Budget of Trust • Payments pertaining to permanent staff / contractual staff • Salary preparation • Gratuity calculation • Finalization of Balance Sheet. • Prepare all types of Income Tax Returns. • Finalization of all statutory dues like- T.D.S, P.F, E.S.I. etc. unto Assessment. • Preparation bank proposals for Loan • Finalization of Monthly Stock & Debtors Statement • Bank and vendor reconciliation • Control Bank on daily basis • Checking Bank Interest Calculation. • Finalization of Costing of purchase of goods (taking quotations, preparation of comparative sheet for L1, issuing of purchase order) • Prepare Funds flow Statement, Cash Flow Statement • Prepare various types of MIS Report. • Presenting a true & fair view of the financial position of the Trust by way of timely Preparation of the Income & Expenditure Account and Balance Sheet. • Controlling of expenses- Budgetary control • Stock Management. • Holding & Supervising of Hostel and Mess Accounts of the trust. • Prepare all the needful documents as per requirement by department for audit purpose. • Auditing Work • Admin work- Preparation of attendance sheet for salary, daily checking of attendance, maintain leave record and personal files of employees, maintenance of service books, sorting bio-data as per requirement, issuing of letter of intent/appointment letter, coordination between employees and management.
