Pradeep is an consultant providing solutions to industry in the areas of Innovation Management, Systems Engineering and Product Development. He has over 20 years of experience in industry and government, spanning areas of strategic management, product development, life-cycle management, agile development, dimensional management and manufacturing engineering. He has led and overseen global consulting engagements at GM Europe (Opel) in Germany and Tata Motors in India. He has led and overseen the quality life-cycle management of two vehicle line programs from concept to production for a major automotive OEM. His most recent engagement with the Department of Defense (US Army) included developing new approaches and methods to simplify and solve complex problems by using systems thinking and decision management methodologies. He was instrumental in combining these methods with cutting-edge technology to develop a systems engineering framework for the US Army’s research, engineering and development command. Pradeep has been a speaker and presenter at several defense and systems engineering industry conferences and the recipient of several awards. Pradeep’s mission is to help industries develop sustained growth strategies through innovation and Systems engineering and enable them to be pivot-ready. He channels the collective knowledge gained from his diverse experiences in industry and government to provide key insights that enable industries to proactively manage their futures through decision-driven planning, systems engineering and technology roadmapping.
