Background

About Prashant Goel

I lead expert teams managing diverse Compliance aspects at ING. Starting as a team manager in 2012, I succeeded in putting together a competent team supporting screening processes related to transactions and clients (FEC). Since March 2016, I have the opportunity to manage personal account dealing and Compliance Control room. My previous roles involved developing a risk based audit approach, performing audits and acting as a compliance officer to Financial Markets (IT). I am currently building and steering centralized services for global compliance while driving standardization and automation initiatives. It is my drive to help teams perform to their potential by continuously improving business processes and by continuously developing themselves. I believe that an open and trusted environment, where individuals have the freedom to express and execute responsibly, helps create a high level of commitment and performance. My ability to understand the bigger picture, collaborate with various functions followed by concrete actions helps me achieve desired results.
