Prior to this he was Operating Unit Controller for ASEAN and South Asia countries for Animal Nutrition Business at DSM. With a degree of Chartered Accountant, he has 14 years of experience, 4 of which were spent as an Auditor with a Big 4 firm. Since 2011, Prashant has worked in Business Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis, Finance Control, Internal Controls and Assurance. He has also completed program on Applied Business Analytics from ISB. He currently leads finance of Oncology business at Novartis India. He works closely with senior business and functional leaders in achieving short term and long term business objectives. As a Finance transformation leader, Prashant has excellent track record of delivering value to internal and external customers. He has managed complex projects, executed strategies and led cross functional teams. He works collaboratively with Tax, Treasury, Finance Control and Shared Service Team and align on common goals. Prashant is passionate about business innovation, continuous learning and solving complex problems.
