About Prashant Khatri

In current and previous roles, I was responsible of a holistic view of enterprise solution including a sound appreciation of ICT Business strategies, Devops, Security, Performance, Application design, development, and System Management. Design and deliver more than $70Million Project portfolios. I am working as a Principal Solution Architect on NSW Gov Department of Customer service where I worked on building migration and delivery strategies for Devops and continuous delivery to NSW GOV platform. Additionally, as part of Digital team involved in vendor selection and POC’s on new initiatives taken by Government on translation services & emergencies (Covid -19, Floods). Also got extensive experience with Westpac bank on Enterprise Banking platform, Cloud-based implementations. Devops, CI, CD implementation for smooth release cycles throughout the program. Automation of multiple workflows related to the enterprise delivery to the production. I got wide experience on internal and external stakeholder management, participate in leadership engagements helping them in making decisions for new strategies and provide understanding of solution design. Mitigating loss of communication between technical team and management.
