With over 12 years of diverse experience in office administration, facility management, and operational support, I am a proactive, results-driven professional adept at managing office systems and enhancing operational efficiency. Currently, I serve as an Assistant Admin Manager at Ashish Life Science Pvt Ltd, a leading veterinary pharmaceutical company that manufactures and exports veterinary medicine. Throughout my career, I have worked with reputable organizations such as Munich RE, VFS Global, Svakarma Finance, and Dembla Valves. In each role, I have successfully managed a wide range of responsibilities, from overseeing office renovations and construction projects at Munich RE, to managing the administration of head offices and 12 branches at Svakarma Finance, where I played a key role in setting up three new branches. At Ashish Life Science, I have introduced an efficient vendor payment process, ensuring timely payments to MSME vendors. This has strengthened our relationships with partners and resulted in significant cost savings for the company. In addition to my professional experience, I hold an MBA in Production and Operations Management, which complements my strong problem-solving, multitasking, and leadership skills.
