I am a versatile financial professional with 18+ years of rich experience in delivery of a strong financial governance framework that enhances internal controls, ensures statutory compliances, and meets stakeholders’ expectations. I am a creative and dedicated analyst with experience of working in high-pressure environments and multi-disciplinary teams. I am an expert in leading Group Consolidation of Financial Statements, accounts payable/receivable, audits, payroll, month-end closing and finalization of books of accounts as per IFRS standards. A few significant highlights I would like to bring to your notice are: During July 2009, SAP ERP 6.0 was successfully implemented across the organization which enabled the organization to have a better integrated accounting system + business process reengineering to ensure the SAP platform is put to optimum use. During January 2014, the Group re- implemented SAP to bring combined leverages on account of various mergers/Company acquisitions that took place post August 2012. During May 2020, the Group upgraded it SAP ERP 6.0 to SAP S/4HANA which went live in Nov 2020 an intelligent ERP system with embedded AI and machine learning. During May 2020, the Group acquired a pan European Pharma Company. The Finance Integration of the said company started in September 2020 and continued up to March 2021 along with use of legacy systems for accounting and reporting purpose up to July 2021. The KT sessions were all done remotely over Teams call which was new and challenging. During Apr 2021, there were a couple of entities being integrated to SAP along with the above acquired entity which went live in Aug 2021 successfully considering all activities been done via teams call. During Nov 2021, the Group initiated the Open Text Vendor Invoice Management which is a leading invoice management and processing solution scheduled to go live in May 2022. I enjoy managing large teams, resulting in better performance and enhanced efficiency for higher performance of the team. I am inspired most when given the opportunity to lead and work with limited resources, collaborating on the management of challenging tasks, the delivery of objectives and the achievement of deadlines while enjoying the sense of mutual achievement.
