About Prathamesh Jagtap

I am currently working at Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) in Supply Chain function as a Part of Unilever Future Leaders program (UFLP'24). I've completed Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Business Management from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai, along with international exchange programs at IESEG School of Management, France and Eli Broad College of Business, Michigan State University, USA respectively. I have previously worked as an Executive- Operations Management at CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited, Bhopal within their Traction Machines & Systems Division for 37 Months. I have an experience of strategizing and leading a workforce of 92+ operators. As a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, I have completed 2-DMAIC and 2-PDCA projects in process standardization, in-process rework reduction and waste reduction, achieving savings of ₹10 Lacs annually. I received multiple appreciations throughout my work experience. I am a Bachelor of Technology (Electrical Engineering) from College of Engineering Pune, where I was awarded my engineering degree with minors in Financial Engineering. I also received certificate of merit for Best Electrical UG Project and published 3 International Research Papers. I am a travel and adventure enthusiast and recently did a night trekking in high altitude Himalayas. During free time, I like to explore my creativity through crafts making and I hope to host a grand exhibition showcasing my crafts.
