About Pratisha Barman

Having worked in the IT industry for more than 6 years, I have garnered knowledge on planning and operation of measurable business goals along with a never-say-die attitude to successfully execute the same. Well-versed in negotiations, planning and development, relationship management and logistics coordination and scheduling, my passion is inventing new, more powerful and profitable ways to listen creatively and then turning the insights that emerge, to hand over business ideas and deliverables. These traits would be the dividend yields of hard work and perseverance while working as the point-of-contact with clients and on-shore counterparts to elicit high level requirements, capture business needs and to illustrate the functionalities to the off-shore team. An efficient team player, I have lead a team of 5 as a developer/tester in AS400 development and enhancement projects with Retail giants - Staples and Walgreens and currently employed with Global healthcare company Novo Nordisk. I have also had a stint as the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) lead of the account and worked with the TCS Maitree team to facilitate learning and healthful living for children in the slums of Kolkata.
