Pratt Norton Wiley is President & CEO of The Partnership Inc a nationally recognized organization supporting the development of (i) professionals of color into authentic leaders and (ii) corporate cultures into diverse inclusive and equitable places. Pratt is a leader and strategic planner in fields ranging from law politics non-profit management and business management. As CEO Pratt has led The Partnership’s programmatic geographic and financial growth from a New England-based organization to recognized for producing some of the most prominent leaders of color in business government and civic spaces. Prior to leading The Partnership Pratt served under President Obama as the National Director of Voter Expansion for the Democratic National Committee responsible for designing and executing the Democratic Party’s program to ensure that every eligible voter was able to register and vote and that every vote was accurately counted from 2013 to 2017. Pratt is a corporate attorney by training practicing at Nutter McClennen & Fish LLP in Boston and representing a wide range of public and private sector clients in mergers and acquisitions venture finance and tax-exempt bond issuances. Pratt is extensively involved in civic and charitable activities. He is member of the Board of Directors of the Boston Public Market Board of Trustees of Shady Hill School and Brigham & Women’s Hospital Board of Advisors for GBH and Eastern Bank and a corporator for both Mass General Brigham. Pratt received his bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and his JD from Boston College Law School. Specialties: Management and team leadership. Election Law.
