With over 20 years of experience in Executive roles, I’ve been always determined to building and leading high-performing teams to constantly support high results’ achievements. I take pride in being part of Executive teams that drive strong organic growth and market share gains within respective markets. My area of specialty is to create actionable opportunities and identify development strategies that support changes and enhance business efficiency, with strong decision-making skills and extreme dedication to both the company and my role. I promote culture of change management, innovation, and continuous improvement to to better address market trends, customers’ and consumers’ needs. Communication is key and I strongly believe and follow, open, straightforward and transparent communication in all directions, both in personal and professional life. Demonstrating zero tolerance for unethical behavior and standing firm in my beliefs when faced with adversity. My real passion is people management and organization improvement through developing of best fit talents and promoting high potential employees. I enjoy mentoring and coaching, thus ensuring adequate performance development of the whole team. I am passionate about extreme sports and regularly practice skydiving and used to be member of a National team. I also enjoy scuba diving, skiing and running. On a calmer side of my life, I like traveling and reading, but above all sharing moments with friends and family.
