About Preeya Kaur

As a Liquidity Manager with a Master of Science in International Business and Finance, I bring a strategic approach to balance sheet management. In my current role, I’m responsible for the ‘Internal Liquidity Adequacy Assessment Process’ (“ILAAP”) risk appetite frameworks, and liquidity management, ensuring regulatory compliance while contributing to the financial stability of the organization. With experience in capital management and stress testing, I thrive on tackling complex challenges that balance risk and performance. I’m also working towards the Certificate in Banking and Asset Liability Management (“CertBALM”) to further enhance my expertise in this dynamic field. Outside of my core responsibilities, I’m passionate about fostering connections and creating a positive workplace culture. At YBS, I enjoy organizing social events that bring people together for meaningful causes, such as supporting charities. I also value opportunities to expand my network, regularly attending industry events to exchange insights and stay ahead of emerging trends. Let’s connect to discuss ALM strategies, industry insights, or impactful ways to combine business and community support!
