More than 13 years of experience in Bio-Statistics with reputed Pharmaceutical MNCs, Postgraduate Pharmaceutical Institutes and Research Institutes. Working on various Therapeutic Areas (Diabetes, Obesity, Immune Inflammation, Oncology and Biopharm) on different indications across all phases of Clinical Trials. Supporting/ leading end to end project/ trial, non-trial activities. Interacting with cross functional study teams (International Trial Manager, Clinical Scientist/ International Medical Director, Epidemiologist, Data Management Team, Programming Team, Medical Writers, Regulatory Affairs Team and Medical Affairs Team) as a PoC statistics. Preparing training materials, mentoring new recruits, knowledge sharing to team members and non-statisticians from different cross functional group. Contribute to the SOP improvement initiatives and managed client study audits. Review of all deliverable and adhered to quality standards as specified by client before submission. Knowledge of SAS EG, SAS 9.4, R programming and HARP (GSK TLF generation Tool).
