About Puja Wahi

As a Learning and Development specialist with over twenty years of experience in corporate training, I have helped several organizations move towards performance-oriented and blended learning solutions. Having started my career as an instructional designer focused on developing eLearning solutions, I moved to consulting on a variety of corporate learning and development challenges. Working on transformation and change initiatives for leading global organizations, allowed me to use my instructional design skills to solve business challenges in the most complex environments. As the Associate Vice President for Leadership and Organizational Development at Infopro Learning, I helped build and currently manage a library of over 50 leadership training programs. I also interface with global clients as part of Sales and Consulting efforts to identify solutions that leverage our library and define a curriculum strategy based on their business goals.I am particularly adept at building high-performing teams from the ground up. I enjoy doing things that haven’t been done before (by me, as well as, within the organization). A perpetual learner, I welcome challenges that drive me to be creative and rethink standard operating procedures.
