In Client Success my strategy is to align with stakeholders across the enterprise as well as Human Resources, Learning and Development, IT, Marketing and Change Management to create, organize, and deliver effective programs to employees at all stages in their talent lifecycle. Throughout my career the programs that I have managed have impacted onboarding, individual contributors, early leaders and senior and executive leadership development. I excel in building an “A to Z” strategy for communication, content, evaluations and delivery of programs that ultimately impact leaders competencies to have proven success in their global organizations. I am well versed in Adult Learning Theory and highly skilled in facilitation both in the classroom and virtual classroom (Skype, Adobe, Zoom). As an accomplished subject matter expert I am known for building strong 360 partnerships with employees, client partners and customers to deliver growth initiatives in a variety of learning environments. As a strong collaborator I am highly effective in identifying needs/gaps across the organization and applying my passion for customer and associate experience to develop strategies, solutions, and programs. My experience has given me the opportunity to impact leader development and change management at all levels, with a keen focus on creating programs in remote workforces. My past leadership experience in retail and payment solutions (coaching, customer service, sales and CRM) has shaped my expertise for total client experiences and increased results for the global organizations I support.
