I used to work on making optimal strategies for raw material procurement and I was responsible for a purchase of 10.13 Million Euros per month prior to this role. I have played an instrumental part in optimising the procurement process both strategically and operationally for the European market. Before my role in Europe, I served as a Purchase Executive in India for three years. During this time, I played a vital role in streamlining procurement operations, doing negotiations, maintaining inventories and building strong relationships with suppliers. Through my efforts, I consistently delivered cost-effective solutions, improved lead times, and enhanced overall operational efficiency. My expertise extends beyond raw material planning and procurement. I possess strong analytical skills and good knowledge of SAP MM module and MS Excel. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong commitment to continuous improvement, actively seeking opportunities to enhance processes and drive innovation. I have collaborated with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and finance, to align objectives and achieve organizational goals. I am driven by a passion for optimizing supply chain operations and delivering value to the organization.
