In my present role, I manage Cipla's Global ERP systems. In this, I supervise and streamline IT project delivery across Business and IT verticals, enable a strong partner ecosystem to support technology scale ups, incubate ideas to recognize areas of process improvement and enable change management for adoption. In my earlier role at Cipla's Product Development vertical, I drove business process improvement through technology interventions. I did this by leading end to end lifecycles of multiple IT products. My focus areas were lab workflow management, equipment automation, business intelligence and supply chain track & trace solutions. To achieve these I leveraged ERP, IoT, Blockchain and also ideated custom solutions.
