About Rachel Cozzi

As a Technical Project Coordinator at ABclonal Technology, I manage custom monoclonal antibody projects for clients in various fields of research. I apply my technical knowledge, communication skills, and attention to detail to ensure that each project meets the client's specifications and expectations, as well as the company's quality standards and timelines. My interest in project management stems from my volunteer experience as a Foster Coordinator for Detroit's municipal animal shelter, where I have organized and supervised the foster care program for hundreds of animals. This role taught me the importance of collaboration, planning, and problem-solving in achieving organizational goals and creating positive change. It also inspired me to pursue a degree in Biology at Wayne State University, where I graduated in May 2021. I am passionate about learning new things and expanding my horizons, both professionally and personally. I have earned two certifications from Google, one in Project Management and one in Generative AI, to enhance my skills and knowledge in these areas. I also love traveling and immersing myself in different cultures, as I did when I studied abroad in Spain for a semester. I believe that traveling helps me gain fresh perspectives and fuels my desire to create a positive impact worldwide.
