Background

About Rachel Hudzik

I bring over 20 years of professional experience across human resources, with proven experience in leadership development solution design, program facilitation, and talent management program implementation. I have excellent analytical, team leadership, and management skills and a track record of success across HR strategy, employee engagement and retention, executive coaching, leadership development, and talent management. My HR experience includes multiple industries—healthcare, staffing/sales, and logistics. In my current role as Sr. Director, Human Resources Business Partner for The Adecco Group, I spearheaded business transformation to enable market share growth and capture lost value. I also worked directly with the senior leadership team to develop transformation strategy, ensuring a robust process was in place to identify top candidates for key roles. I hold an Executive MBA from Temple University, an MS in Human Resource Management from St. Francis University, and a BS in Business Management and Marketing from Penn State University. I am also certified as a Senior Professional of Human Resources and I am a True Colors Certified Trainer. I’m always looking to grow my network and make new connections.
