About Rachel Wright

I am a passionate and experienced Yoga Teacher, Wellness Specialist, and Ayurvedic Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in the wellness industry. My mission is to help individuals regain balance and vitality through holistic wellness programs that integrate yoga, Ayurveda, and therapeutic movement. As the founder of Veda Circle, I’ve spent the past 7 years developing personalized wellness action plans for my clients, using podcasts, blogs, and word-of-mouth to build a thriving practice. I combine ancient wisdom with modern techniques to help individuals address the root causes of physical and mental health challenges, empowering them to live healthier, more balanced lives. In addition to my private practice, I’ve served as the Lead Yoga Teacher Trainer at Bliss Body Yoga for 13 years, where I co-developed the 200-hour teacher training program and mentored hundreds of students. I also created and led programming for children, capitalizing on my 10 years of classroom experience to foster a love of yoga in young practitioners. Throughout my career, I have excelled in developing wellness programs that focus on stress management, emotional regulation, and overall well-being. My goal is to continue creating impactful wellness experiences that empower individuals to improve their health and quality of life, whether through corporate wellness programs, fitness classes, or personalized coaching.
