About Raed Felfel

As a passionate person in discovering new technologies, learning new things and facing real challenges I was lucky to occupy 5 different positions in UNRWA during the last 10 years of my professional life. During that, I successfully utilized my technical skills to add a unique imprint in each position by detecting the opportunity to facilitate IT into each post's function.Such approach of self-capacity building sharpened my technical skills in analyzing and gathering requirements in each project through solving the different challenges up to applying the solution of the case and improved my personal and interpersonal skills with groups of persons in each place I was worked at.Teaching taught me the patience and behaving friendly with all types of people. Then, working in training added the needed wisdom to my personality and the teamwork spirit because I worked in a newly initiated college. I’ll never forget the pressure of preparing curricula, conducting lectures and planning the future of the specialization within tight deadlines. That enhanced organization and commitment attitude in my character.Having experienced the aforesaid positions, made me ready to start working in the administration field. Working as a “Registrar & Alumni Officer” helped me to understand and practice the customer service skills. In this position I had the occasion to monitor students’ progress and its effect on their future after graduation. In other words I was in a suitable place to evaluate the product of the college where I was for the first time a monitor! This occasion equipped me with strategic thinking and planning using the result based management approach.Another distinguished opportunity I had is my work with the Education Management Information System team. In which, I gathered the education business requirements for the project then I managed and coordinated to collect the education historical data from the five countries and migrating it as well.
