This is Rafique Ahmed Siddique, member of Bangladesh Civil Service (administration) cadre. I held several important positions in different Ministries and Divisions such as Planning, Finance, Industries, Education, Shipping of the Government in various capacities. I worked for employee's benefits, imparting training and selection process of the Government officials etc. I also worked in UNDP Country Office, Bangladesh on lien during 2008-2016. The following are my experiences made so far:" Assist in managing and coordinating department activities;" Collecting, analyzing and interpretation of data by using statistical tools and techniques;" Preparing reports, agendas and minutes of meetings;" Assuming responsibility for specific projects and programs;" Supervising and motivating staff members;" Reviewing and analyzing department policies and procedures;" Maintaining effective communication within the department and with external stakeholders;" Managing budgets and financial resources;" Participating in strategic planning and decision-making processes;" Overseeing the implementation of department goals and objectives;" Monitoring and evaluating program performance;" Representation the department in meetings, conferences and other events." Perform responsibilities in Administration and Managing housing programs in maritime sector." Successfully completed two projects (i) multidonor funded Aid Effectiveness Project and (ii) GoB funded Establishment of Four Marine Academies of Bangladesh;" Imparting training to the young civil service officials on Project Management, SDG implementation, Delta Plan implementation etc." Provide short term consultancy at Development Design Consulting firm as Planning Expert."I did Masters of Statistics in 1996 from University of Dhaka. I received Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2001, tenable at London Metropolitan University, UK.
