Sales paid the bills, but understanding the tech behind the scenes kept things interesting.I carried this habit to CEAT Tyres, where I worked as a Retail Specialist in Gurugram. My mandate was to build a vacant territory, and over eighteen months, I onboarded six exclusive channel partners. Along the way, I focused on making stores easier to find than excuses by listing them on Google and introducing QR-enabled visiting cards that took customers straight to the doorstep. Digital, when used right, does the heavy lifting quietly.In 2019, I moved into a Business Analyst role in Mumbai, where I got to play with data in more serious ways. I worked on Customer 360 views, recommendation engines, and Tableau dashboards that people actually used. The outcome was happier dealers, better decisions, and a noticeable jump in NPS, which is always a good thing to put on slides.In 2020, I started a blog to make sense of digital trends, finance, blockchain, and crypto without losing my sanity. What began as a personal learning exercise now sees around monthly readers. I write to think clearly, not to predict prices, and to collaborate with others who enjoy breaking complex systems down to first principles.My exposure to blockchain began in 2017, and since 2019 I’ve worked more closely with Web3 and technology-led teams on strategy, positioning, marketing, and community growth.
