Planning/ Strategy 3-1-Q 1. Execution of the quarter-on-quarter plan. Key functional responsibilities 1. Maintenance & Repairs of Building systems, interiors and Equipment 2. Ensure respective patch store equipment performance is monitored on regular basis 3. Frequent equipment failure analysis to be done on regular basis 4. Monitor & Follow up with service provider to execute on time PM for respective patch store equipment 5. Periodically review maintenance practices by the Restaurants 6. Periodically review performance of Service Agents 7. Follow up with restaurants and service agents for day to day repair & maintenance works Research & Development Utilities 1. To generate new & effective initiatives to effectively manage and reduce utility costs 2. Train stores on efficient use of equipment to bring down utilities 3. Monitor utility costs of stores on a monthly basis & report variances from the report 4. Follow up & ensure that stores follow day to day utility tracking & send the analysis report periodically Equipment Maintenance Relationships 1. Facilitate working relationship between restaurants and service agents 2. Maintains working relationships and is the maintenance resource for owner/operators, National Equipment Department, Ops department and other regional staff Utility Management Training & Development 1. Support respective patch stores product & equipment projects through training & implementation 2. Development and training of M&R Managers in the restaurants in coordination with AM/DM and Training Department 3. Development and Training of Service Agents Educational Qualification ITI ELECTRICIAN Specific Certification (if Any) Expert in all types of breakdown during operation hours and resolved.
