Carry out electrical and instrumentation installation. · Interpret various electrical drawings and schematics, ensuring all work is completed to Chevron’s specifications. · Instrument installation, inspection and bench test, as well as instrument tubing installation inspection and test. · Undertake the installation of cables, cable support and protection and inspect control instrument installation. · To keep all maintenance documents update (PM,SDM & Break down). · Compliance of safety procedure,cGMP & SOPs · Electrical maintenance of work MOTOR, PANELS, PCC & MCC (PM & SDM). · Knowledge of SAP,VFD Programming & Door inter Locking system · Knowledge of Sifter, Blander, Multi-mill,pass box, Heat Sealing Machine. · Installation & maintenance of flame proof & non flame proof motors. · Install, repair and maintain residential electrical systems, including lighting fixtures, electrical panels, outlets, wiring and vfd trboshutting etc. · Lead quality installations based on repair faulty equipment. · Develop and maintain positive plant machinery breakdowns. · Maintained electrical equipment and monitored supply inventory. · On low voltage and three – phase voltage/electrical panels. · Replacing of faulty electrical cables and VFDs panels hardware accessories. Troubleshooting VFD systems, electrical maintenance of panels and motors. · Knowledge of material hoist(Lift),HT & LT panels, VCB, PCC, MCC,Capacitor bank etc.
