Currently, I lead the US FP & A team at Novartis scaling it up 5x to a 25+ member team, expanding its scope from reporting to accountability driven business finance roles. I have worked across diverse industries and functions, partnering with senior leaders. Prior to Novartis, I held key finance roles at Deloitte, ADP, and BNY Mellon, where I gained extensive experience in managing P & Ls, cost optimization, and financial governance. I am passionate about the evolving role of finance, particularly in the adoption of AI, data analytics, and automation to drive efficiencies. While embracing next-gen finance tools, I strongly believe in maintaining a solid foundation in financial principles and human judgment, ensuring a balance between technology and strategic decision-making. I visualize AI picking up massively, increasing focus on data to drive decisions, and huge push on efficiencies.
