I have over 18 years of experience working in branding, digital marketing and communication. Currently, I work as the Brand and Digital Marketing – Head, at What’s In a Name Creatives, where I lead a cross-functional team of 24, nurturing brands. I specialise in digital marketing and building brands from scratch with a strong focus on enhancing measurable Return On Ad Spend, that helps clients meet their business goals. Driven complete Branding and Digital Marketing Strategies, for over 50 national and regional brands. In 2015, published my first business book, STFU – Start The F Up. Recently launched my Podcast, Word with Rajive Dhavan, which is available on all the leading music and podcast apps. I am also a Mentor, Branding and Digital Marketing, with IIT Bombay, T-Hub Hyderabad and Osmania Technology Business Incubator. In the initial years of my career, I'd worked with MNCs like GE Capital, HSBC Bank Plc, as a Process Trainer. Later, I moved to Deccan Chronicle, an English Daily, as a Subeditor and Columnist.
