I have a demonstrated history and expertise of working in the Financial Services industry. Strong finance professional with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused in Finance from N.L Dalmia Institute of Management and Research. My current role involves performing independent appraisal and valuation analysis of companies across multiple industries using various methodologies such as DCF, Trading Multiple, Guideline transactions approaches. In my current role I have developed skills of Financial Modeling and Financial Statement Analysis Specialties: Financial Modeling using Excel which includes DCF valuation, Enterprise Value multiple valuations, Trading Multiple, Guideline transactions approaches etc. Financial Statement Analysis which include Understanding Income statement, Balance Sheet, Revenue and expense recognition, Ratio analysis, Dupont analysis, etc In my prior role, as a Senior Credit Risk Analyst I hold experience of 6 years in Credit Analysis and Portfolio Risk Management. Key responsibility was to conduct business and financial review of CITI’s global counterparties. The role focused on written credit analysis and recommendation of credit ratings for the counterparty. To analyze and provide support on banking relationships in Western Europe with the help of comprehensive CAMELS analysis along with qualitative analysis. Economic and industry analysis to help understand the operating environment of the bank and the future growth prospects. Extensive financial and derivative product knowledge and the risks involved. Risk rate the banking relationships, which help to determine the quantum of risk capital to be set aside in line with the risk of the relationship. Counterparty Stress Testing (CST) and Product Stress Testing (PST) to determine the quantum and nature of risk exposure to FIs. Perform Stress testing to assess the liquidity situation of the bank in the short term along with product stress testing to identify the risks in current trades/products and highlight them.
