Hi, I am a cloud infrastructure professional with 9 years of experience in configuring and troubleshooting cloud infrastructure on Azure, AWS, and Acronis. My expertise includes creating new cloud infrastructure as per customer requirements, handling customer tickets, troubleshooting issues, and migrating Windows Server from AWS to Azure. I have experience in R&D for configuring Point-to-Site and Site-to-Site between Azure and On-prem with the help of their Azure managed Services. I have also helped customers to host their static/dynamic websites on Azure VM and Azure App Service, AWS EC2, and LightSail with necessary Stacks and applications (Plesk/cPanel), and configured SSL certificates on various Linux Servers and Windows Servers. As a responsible cloud infrastructure professional, I am involved in creating SOW, verifying the PE, conducting RA calls with new customers to understand their requirements, and giving cloud services demos for new customers on Azure, AWS, and Acronis. I also ensure the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure, create backup policies for VMs as a restore point, provide remote support to site users as required, and maintain network documentation.
