Let’s be honest: I don’t polish this profile every week — because I’m too busy actually doing the work. I’ve been at my current gig for 12+ years (and the one before that for a decade). Translation: I don’t jump ship, I fix problems, and I make sure the wheels stay on when things get messy. What I Bring to the Table: I can sling code from CXone Studio and Node.js to C#… and yes, even old-school VB6, Perl, and LISP. Servers? Platforms? Cloud? Name it — I’ve probably wrestled with it.(Azure and AWS aren’t just buzzwords, they’re Tuesday.) Databases and infrastructure? If it stores, queries, breaks, or slows down, I know how to tune it, patch it, or rebuild it. How I Work: I work directly with clients — gathering requirements, translating visions into working solutions, and making the tech do what they actually need it to do. And when something doesn’t work, I figure out why and fix it. My edge isn’t just coding — it’s understanding the business logic behind it. I’m also the guy my coworkers call when something blows up and the client needs it fixed yesterday. Current Focus: Right now I’m knee-deep in the CaaS world, making CXone Studio and Dynamics 365 play nice together. I work with clients that range from small-town service shops to international organizations, in industries where downtime isn’t an option — healthcare, education, compliance, you name it. At the end of the day, I do one thing really well: make tech work like it’s supposed to. That means clients see their vision delivered, coworkers breathe easier, and businesses get to stop firefighting and get back to what they’re actually paid to do.
