About Randall Lewis

I've had the pleasure to recruit for a wide range of job openings in my career journey. From industrial trades to professional sevices such as finance, technology, human resources, operations and plenty more, they all have one thing in common to me personally. It's the feeling you recieve when you find the perfect fit. The excitement the candidate expresses the moment they accept, the hiring manager's exuberance and gratitude, and of course, finally crossing that opening off my list. I've discovered it doesn't take long during the interview process to know when you've found that perfect candidate. It's a feeling you get sometimes mid-interview, sometimes later that day or next morning. Whenever you get it, it's undeniably knowing and exciting. Recruiting isn't always perfect fits and happy endings. Those moments when the puzzle pieces fit together just right is what keeps me passionate, motivated, and ready to take on tomorrow's challenges. I am extremely grateful for the opportunities I've had along the way in my career to help others find a job or take that next career step. I look forward to continuing this journey and sharing my passion and experiences along the way.
