Bright, multilingual, likeable six-year Brighton resident, experienced in Customer Service and Hotel Reception. Fluent in English, Spanish and Italian plus basic French and Portuguese. In Maje Boutique I was recruited as an assistant but four years later I am a Supervisor and am ideally looking for a full-time permanent role at Assistant Manager level. In my previous roles I have been trusted with a high degree of responsibility and have gained experience in sales,management, administration and I.T systems. I am very flexible and am happy to work set or variable hours depending on the needs of the business. Most of my experience has been in retail and hotel reception – I love making friends with customers and helping them find what fits their style, or helping guests make the most of their stay. In Maje I have many loyal “ladies” who come back time and again and ask for me. In a previous Summer season I worked as receptionist responsible for “guest welcome” at Elba International Hotel – my Managers asked me to “bring my personality to work”, which I loved. Despite my expressive personality I am very reliable, punctual and not afraid of hard work.
