About Randy E. Miller

I am a co-founder of PoliScio, a Washington, DC data analytics and information product development firm, and am the founder and head of World Bureau, an international research and publishing firm. I've also worked for the Executive Office of the President (USTR) and the U.S. Mission to the World Trade Organization in Geneva, where I served as Senior Legal Advisor. I am the founder and head of Career Design, a leadership and career coaching firm that helps people find and develop careers they love. For seventeen years I was a partner and attorney with the leading law firm of Hogan & Hartson (now Hogan Lovells) where I practiced international trade and business law. I founded and managed the firm’s office in Brussels, Belgium and served as head of the firm’s International Group. I began my Washington career working in the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate for six years, my final two years as Policy Director to Senator Bob Dole. I received a B.A. degree cum laude from Yale College and a law degree cum laude from Georgetown University, and have served on several non-profit boards and as an adjunct faculty member at Georgetown University Law Center. I was a regional finalist from Kansas for the Rhodes Scholarship in 1978. I was born in Manhattan, Kansas and grew up in the small town of Downs, Kansas.
