About Randy Kennett

For the first 15+ years of my career, I worked in several leadership roles within operations and human resources throughout Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest. During this time, I was responsible for facilitating the training process, implementing employee development and training solutions, and ensuring consistency and relevancy of training programs for managers, including senior leadership and executive teams. I have also coordinated training of international employees for new markets and was personally involved with the launch and opening of operations in Hong Kong. I now work as a Principal with Hone Consulting as a trusted subject matter expert in team and leadership training, facilitation, consulting and coaching, serving clients in North America and internationally. My mission is really committed to leaders and teams at all levels, having healthy relationships and positive workplaces, and ultimately working together better. I serve diverse organizations of various sizes and industries, working with teams from entry levels positions to senior level and executive teams, exceeding clients’ expectations through a results driven approach. My many long-term client relationships and referrals are based on my high service standards and high-quality deliverables. My training and facilitation feedback consistently earns the highest ratings for delivery method, as well as having an engaging and professional delivery. For the past 12+ years, I have had the pleasure of helping countless organizations from the public, private and not for profit sectors. I advise teams, including senior leaders and executives in government and Fortune 500 companies, sharing my expertise in communication, conflict resolution, culture, employee engagement, facilitation skills, leadership, strategic planning, team cohesion, mental health, psychological safety, personality styles and respectful workplaces. I hold an undergraduate degree, as well as certificates and credentials in Adult Education, Business, Human Resources and Workplace Mental Health Leadership. I am a Registered Corporate Coach™, a Certified Psychological Health and Safety Advisor, and an Authorized Partner and Practitioner of Everything DiSC®, The Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team™, and the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument.
