Randy Phillips is the founder of the RedPoint Leadership Group, which has assisted hundreds of executives in developing and executing leadership/operational strategies. Extremely observant, perceptive and pragmatic, Randy uses a holistic approach that helps companies recognize and capitalize on business opportunities. It’s been said that Randy has yet to meet anyone with whom he couldn’t develop a positive relationship. His extensive background in coaching means he approaches projects with a keen awareness of how each member of a team contributes to the goals of the company. He also honestly and forthrightly identifies areas (and people, from the CEO on down) that may be presenting obstacles to those goals. The leadership skills he teaches during this process provide lasting value for the company. Perhaps most important, Randy maps out practical solutions in a way that is clear, concise and engenders support and enthusiasm from all participants. The result is increased market share for companies that hire him. Randy’s consulting services are available on an interim or retainer basis. Randy has considerable public speaking experience and is comfortable in front of any sized crowd, having spoken to groups of 40 - all across the United States. He has won multiple awards for his communication/public speaking ability and is now devoting time to a series of books for leaders.
