About Randy Shear

With built-realized projects on several continents, I have been working as a 'design consultant' in executing architectural designs, sometimes, at the competitive level, and/or working as a senior design Manager of a World Cup stadium. Not losing sight of the overall 'design intent' and design process. Recently my interest in connecting these two disciplines on world-class and high-profile projects. I concentrate on combining client needs in bringing their dreams from their initial conception through to their realization. I ‘imagine the future today’. Innovation in ideas is combined problem-solving that comes from experience and collaboration. Collaboration has been done within a group structure and with clients. My method of working with both ‘manage by design’ and ‘idea expansion’ theories has always searched for a balance in my work that's somewhere between simplicity and complexity-historical and modern-advanced generative design and old-school sketch ideation.I will continue to seek out new challenges of this hybrid role- develop potential architectural solutions related to projects or a design leadership position in a dynamic and creative environment that supports innovation, collaboration brainstorming, sustainable practices, design methodology research, brand integration, and intelligent urbanism.I will continue to seek out new challenges of this hybrid role- develop potential architectural solutions related to projects or a design leadership position in a dynamic and creative environment that supports innovation, collaboration brainstorming, sustainable practices, design methodology research, brand integration and intelligent urban-ism.
