I’ve spent the past 15+ years working with information in all its forms — from keeping digital archives in order to making sure physical records are secure, easy to find, and compliant with privacy rules. Along the way, I’ve also handled IT support, admin processes, and kept things running smoothly in retail and other operations. I’m comfortable juggling spreadsheets in Excel, managing files in SharePoint, editing in Adobe Acrobat, or navigating CRM systems — and I enjoy figuring out better, faster ways to get work done. My MBA in Data Science and Analytics has strengthened my ability to turn complex information into practical solutions. I have a passion for numbers and how they can show what we have missed. For me, the real win is creating systems that work so well no one even notices — because everything just flows. Whether it’s managing inventory, organizing documentation, or solving a last-minute tech hiccup, I like to leave things more organized and efficient than I found them.
