Evaluating client’s requirements, transforming it into tasks and assigning it to respective resources based on priority & skill set Maintaining communication with team members / external teams for ensuring smooth progress of project work Generating weekly status reports and MOMs Providing knowledge base to the team member about new product or process by providing appropriate trainings Ensuring that QA testing requirements are appropriately identified and included in the requirements Conducting manual testing of software applications and developing test strategies & test cases for functional testing, API testing, mobile (ios/android devices) testing. Classifying and evaluating defects, questionable functions, errors, and inconsistencies in software program functions, outputs and content Handling the tracking of bugs, communicating test results and analysis them using BUG tracking tools Creating functionality matrix and check list for the product
