As a Senior Project Manager, I manage projects end-to-end – from scoping and stakeholder alignment to delivery and measurable impact. I am skilled at bridging perspectives between developers, data scientists (AI), designers, legal experts, and government bodies, ensuring that projects move forward without losing sight of compliance or business goals. Alongside project delivery, I have personnel responsibility and a proven ability to lead teams. Over the years, I have learned to distinguish between management – providing structure, direction, and oversight – and leadership – inspiring, motivating, and developing people to grow and perform at their best.
