About Rasmus Lang

Geologist and Geophysicist background, leading high-end Engineering Studies and multi-disciplinary energy projects. 20+ years of international experience in operational and concept planning projects, strong analytical and value focused mindset, great communication and leadership skills. Currently diversifying skillset to renewable projects by studying Master of Wind Energy at The Danish Technological University in my spare time. I am ambitious with a pragmatic mindset and hands on approach. To me, a good day is a day where my team evolves, I navigate some complexities and learn something new. I tackle large and complex data sets, externally outsourced specialist studies and internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis to prepare the organisation for the next investment decisions with clear view on value, uncertainties, risks and opportunities. I do this with a high level of confidence and transparency on my decision drivers whilst keeping a good spirit in my team.
