About Raven Galdeano

After 13 years of professional experience in the multifamily industry, my career path took an unexpected turn when life presented me with a profound challenge: navigating my child’s medical journey. What began as a pause in my career became a transformation of purpose. Today, I serve on the Family Advisory Board at Christus Children’s Hospital, where I dedicate my time and experience to improving the hospital journey for children and their families. I bring with me not only a professional background in client service, business development, and operational management but also the personal perspective of a caregiver who understands the unique needs of families in hospital settings. My passion is advocacy, support, and creating meaningful change. I want families to feel heard, supported, and equipped during some of their hardest moments. By working closely with hospital leadership and staff, I focus on bridging the gap between patient families and providers, shaping policies, resources, and initiatives that truly center the family experience. I believe my professional skills in communication, management, and problem solving, combined with lived experience as a caregiver, have prepared me for this work. What was once a difficult chapter of life has now become a mission to make a lasting impact for others.
