About Ravi Kotecha

I lead the Liberty Blume Enterprise Systems Implementation practice, delivering complex ERPM transformations that drive measurable business outcomes. Most organisations don’t struggle with technology, they struggle with execution. Large-scale transformation programmes often fall short due to misalignment between strategy, delivery, and real business value. That’s where I focus.I work with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver transformation programmes that are structured, commercially sound, and built to scale, ensuring they deliver impact beyond go-live. Alongside delivery, I build and lead high-performing teams, establish governance frameworks, and develop implementation approaches that enable efficient, repeatable success across markets and industries. Increasingly, this includes embedding automation and AI into core processes to improve control, decision-making, and long-term operational performance. I’m particularly interested in- Turning strategy into executable transformation- Improving success rates of complex ERPM programmes- Leveraging automation and AI to unlock efficiency and better business outcomes- Driving both client value and commercial growthIf you’re embarking on a transformation, looking to scale delivery through the right partners, or exploring how ERPM, automation, and AI can drive greater business value, I’m always open to connecting.
