About Ravi Menon

Having joined HCL-HP in 1995 Ravi helped incubate the Financial Services Vertical and was based out of Mumbai. Subsequently he was instrumental is setting up the HCL Technologies India operations which he helped build ground up. In this start-up role he set up a team and spear-headed many large multi-million dollar transformational deals in the Financial sector. In 2007 he was moved to run a Global Partner Alliance Program for HCL Technologies in the Financial Services segment. This has been a successful program which has contributed significantly in growing revenues in this segment. In 2014 he joined HCL Healthcare (HCL Avitas) to help set up the Corporate Sales Strategy from where he has recently moved into his current role of Senior Vice President and Head of Financial Services at HCL Services. Prior to joining HCL Ravi worked for over 12 years in the Middle East with an IBM dealership (Gulf Business Machines) based out of Bahrain and Dubai reporting to the General Manager EMEA. Ravi is currently associated with two exciting ventures as Business Mentor at Plum Insights and Strategy and Capital Quant.
