About Ray Crosby

At heart, I'm a teacher, a learner, a storyteller, and a reader. I view the world in terms of stories. Data are stories, conversations with clients are stories, coaching sessions with employees are stories, process improvements are stories, students working through assignments in the classroom are stories, good and bad sales numbers are stories, team dynamics and inclusive corporate cultures are stories. I'm the guy who wants to read and re-read them, find out what they mean, and help write sequels that are even better than the originals. Then I want to help other people learn to read them, and to learn from them how they read their stories in turn, borrowing what I can when they're better readers that I am. I'm curious and love learning new things, improving current processes, building new systems, compiling and analyzing data, and helping clarify it for others. I'm obsessed with finding the best ways to share the things I'm passionate about, whether through conversations, presentations, writing, training, classroom pedagogy. you name it.
