Founder and CEO of three Charities which aim to improve the lives of people who are disabled, disadvantaged or living with poverty. Project Coordinator in the Erasmus+ programme of the European Commission collaborating with partners throughout Europe to empower social change by removing barriers to participation in social media, sport, education, entrepreneurship, and employment Working with the Department of Justice and Irish Martial Arts Commission, created a mass participation and disability awareness programme for disabled athletes and 240 trained inclusive coaches. An energetic, successful and highly-motivated strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a detailed knowledge of Coaching and Sales, Marketing and Customer Service development strategies A strong advocate of cascading Good Governance in inclusive sport by introducing quality assurance and good practice through delivering Athlete, Club and Coach Development Pathways to create a sustainable sport structure.
