I am an Entrepreneurial Minister whose work is grounded at the intersection of vocational formation, financial education, and social entrepreneurship. Currently, I serve as the Director of Recruitment for the Institute for Nonprofit Practice (INP), where I connect nonprofit professionals to transformative leadership trainings across INP's program portfolio. I am also the Founder of Reverend Money, a financial education firm committed to helping the modern faith leader increase their financial fluency and build a better relationship with money. This entrepreneurial endeavor also propels my leadership with The Wild Imagination Fund of the Winston-Salem Foundation - a fund seeking to reimagine tithing as a way to eradicate poverty.
