About Raymond Gregory

With a fruitful 19-year career as a Pastor, artist, and Worship leader, I have had the privilege of serving in various capacities within prominent organizations, including Calvary Chapel East Anaheim and Harvest Ministries with Pastor Greg Laurie. During my time as an elder/ministry lead at Harvest Ministries and as a pastor at Calvary Chapel East Anaheim, I have gained a deep understanding of church operations and have developed the skills to view the needs of a congregation from multiple perspectives. As an integral part of the leadership teams at both churches, I have honed my skills in team development and collaborative decision-making, which I believe are critical for guiding a congregation through spiritual growth and community outreach. My experience in music ministry has allowed me to foster a vibrant worship culture that engages and inspires church members, while my many teaching opportunities and mentorship of future church leaders has given me through-line of experience that allows me to see many angles of ecclesial leadership. Residing in Riverside, CA, with my wife Erin and our two children, Taylor (14) and Brennan (7), our family is deeply committed to the idea of "home" as an extension of the church. We are currently in the process of fostering and adopting two more children, further demonstrating our dedication to providing a nurturing environment for those in need. The call of the Lord is evident in my life, and I wish to follow it with all that I have within me. In addition to my hands-on experience, I have completed several biblical training courses and am currently pursuing a Masters in Theology. This academic foundation enables me to develop and deliver biblically-grounded, engaging sermons that speak to the hearts of diverse congregations. My passion for teaching the Word of God and cultivating genuine connections with church members ensures that I am well-equipped to serve as the spiritual shepherd for your congregation.
