About Real Bergevin

I help CEOs, founders, and investors accelerate growth, prepare for premium exits, and unlock opportunities through my network.Over three decades, I’ve built, scaled, and sold businesses across multiple industries — from launching an eight-seat call centre that became a multinational, to growing entertainment venues, management services firms, and property holdings. I’ve experienced the highs of major exits and the hard lessons of business challenges — both of which shape my approach today. My role is to act as a growth partner, not a replacement for existing leadership. I work alongside CEOs and boards to:Identify valuation levers and growth opportunities.Introduce capital providers, buyers, and high-value partners.Strengthen governance, leadership, and operational discipline.Prepare companies for sale or strategic investment. My network spans private equity partners, family offices, C-suite executives, and industry specialists around the world. I selectively partner with companies in business services, hospitality & entertainment, construction materials, and property management. If you’re preparing for significant growth or an exit and want an experienced, well-connected partner at the table, let’s connect.
